教育背景和研究工作简历

山东农业大学农学博士,硕士毕业于广西大学,本科毕业于山东农业大学,山东农业大学畜牧学博士后。

研究方向

主要从事动物分子病毒学和新型疫苗的创制等研究工作。前期主要研究成果包括①采用反向遗传学和定点突变等技术,确定了TMUV 3非编码区RNA二级结构对病毒基因组的复制和增殖的影响。参与研制了该病毒弱毒疫苗,目前市场占有率约80%以上,年销售额高达4000千万;②首次确定了引起鸭短喙侏儒综合征的病原,并进行了病原学、流行病学、快速诊断方法和防制措施等方面的研究,并进行了细小病毒跨宿主感染的分子机制研究,为养殖业减少经济损失达数亿元;③建立了Fav-4对肉鸭的感染致病模型,丰富了该病的流行病学资料;④开展了黄病毒属成员逃逸宿主天然免疫应答的分子机制研究。
